Arrivals
We offer self check In so there is no pressure on your arrival time. Just remember if you are arriving after dark it is handy to have a torch. Please just drop us a text when you arrive so we know you have arrived safely and can answer any questions you may have.
Our Cleaning
We use only eco friendly products. We provide eco friendly cleaning cloths and also traditional jcloth and scrubbie for those that prefer traditional products.
Departures
When leaving we ask you to do a few simple steps to ensure we have time to prepare for the next guests. 1) Take recycling down to the bins by the big blue flowerpot. Note that tins go in with the plastics 2) Return any furniture you have moved to it's original plae 3) Switch off any lights or heating 4) Let us know you have left
